Description:
Very intense ruby red colour with violet reflections, soft and evanescent mousse. Persuasive aromatic timbre, fragrant and fruity with hints of morello cherry, berries and rose notes. Enveloping taste, it develops on volume and closes again on fruit.
Lambrusco "Marcello" Top Line by Ariola is a wine that is striking for its aromatic richness, softness and naturalness of fruit. A Lambrusco that in its immediate pleasantness of aroma encloses a very rare amount of technique, passion and nature.

Production area:
The estate's vineyards descend following the natural course of the hills overlooking the Po Valley. Situated between 220 and 330 metres above sea level, they enjoy optimal exposure, south-west, illuminated all day long by the sun's rays. The soil has a loamy-clayey nature and a gentle slope, excellent for good drainage. Cultivation is spurred cordon.
Vinification:
The grapes of the Lambrusco Maestri variety are allowed to ripen perfectly and develop a typical aromatic bouquet. They are harvested and selected in the vineyard and delicately transported to the cellar in order to keep all the precious juice intact. After a second sorting of the bunches, pressing begins. The first fermentation in steel tanks is followed by re-fermentation in autoclaves according to the Charmat/Martinotti method. A few months of bottle ageing and the wine is ready to sit at the table.
Food pairing:
Throughout the meal, it goes well with cured meats and in particular the classic Prosciutto di Parma, anolini in broth, first courses, boiled meats, stews, processed fish dishes, rosa di parma.

6 - 8°C.
