Description:
Classic pink colour that takes on onion skin-like nuances with time. Intense and convincing bouquet with pleasant scents of wild strawberries, orange peel, golden apple and rose blossom, with hints of toasted bread and white fruits like banana. Dry taste, soft, fresh and gentle, very harmonious with an elegant background of blackcurrants and sweet almonds. Long fruity sensation of small red fruits. This sparkling wine has a persistent backbone in silky texture and excellent breed.

63% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir - Franciacorta DOCG.
Vinification:
Grace and determination, delicacy and power combine in this delicious and rare cuvée. The grapes used are about 60% Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. As always, the selection of the base wines is crucial, so that the final blend is chosen from no less than 30 selected vintages, some of which are matured in small white oak barrels. Maturation in the cellar lasts no less than 4 years, starting with the harvest. The youthful, pale pink nuances, which can transform into precious antique tones as it matures in the glass, are enveloped by a very white foam and a dense and persistent perlage.
