Description

Description: 
The colour of this sparkling wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage fine and continuous. The aromas are broad and enveloping, ranging from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, vanilla and pastry notes. The palate is tasty and full-bodied, fresh and lively, markedly coherent on the aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish. 

Grape variety: 
Chardonnay 79%, Pinot noir 20%, Pinot blanc 1% - Franciacorta DOCG. 

Vinification: 
This cuvée embodies the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of the Metodo Franciacorta with Bellavista's signature. It is made predominantly from Chardonnay grapes, then Pinot Noir and a small amount of Pinot Blanc. In the cellar, it is assembled and blended by expert hands from numerous selected harvests and some "reserve wines" from previous vintages, an indispensable treasure to preserve the house style over time. Another crucial factor is the fermentation and ageing of part of the base wines in small oak barrels, which can add intensity and complexity.
