Description:
The Pinot Noirs of the "Montagne de Reims" with beautiful maturity give the Cuvée Rosé from Lassalle a beautiful personality. This champagne offers us a full-bodied and straightforward product. The typicality of our soil gives our wines this freshness in the mouth and this note of chalk. Minerality that chalk gives us. The first nose is reminiscent of liquorice, then red fruits (strawberry, cherry) subtly appear in soft and sensual tones.

Champagne Jules Lasalle
In 1942, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Chigny les Roses, Champagne J. Lassalle. When Jules died in 1982, his wife Olga and daughter Chantal took over the running of the house. As a forerunner of the future, Jules dedicated one of his cuvées to his niece Angeline, which is now the emblem of the house. Since 2006, Angeline has also been working in the company, following in her grandfather's footsteps.
These three generations of women are keen to carry on the Jules Lassalle style.
