Description: 
The Plantation Single Cask are limited bottlings of "Haute Couture" rum which, in addition to the classic double tropical aging in ex-Bourbon barrels and then in France in the Chateau de Bonbonnet in ex-Ferrand cognac barrels, are further stored in selected Barrels that held beers, wines and other spirits experienced. A very small amount of rum is bottled each year. Each bottle is unique, numbered and precious. This bottling matures in old red wine barrels from Pineau des Charentes, a liqueur wine from the Cognac region that was once a very popular product. 
Spicy oak aromas and notes of fresh red fruits. Slight grape acid. 

Tropical ageing: 
10 Y in Bourbon Cask 
Continental ageing: 
4 Y in Pierre Ferrand Cask 
Further maturation: 
1 Y in Red Pineau Cask
