Producer: Edi Keber The Edi Keber company is located In Cormons, a short distance from the Slovenian border, on a hill called Zegla. The family has lived in this territory for about three centuries and under several flags over time: Austrian, Italian, Slovenian. Going against the flow the Edi Keber company produces, a single wine, Collio, the oldest wine in the territory and traditionally consisting of the native varieties of Friulano - the former Tocai -, Ribolla Gialla and Malvasia Istriana, which are fermented and refined in the classic concrete tanks. Zegla, the hill where the 12 hectares of vineyards owned by the company are located, is particularly suitable for the production of Tocai Friulano which, being the largest component, characterizes the structure of the wine. Meanwhile, Ribolla Gialla provides the right acidity and Malvasia Istriana the characteristic spicy aroma.
