Description:
Color: Deep ruby red. Aroma: Berries; light hints of spice and fondant chocolate; hay notes. Flavor: Sophisticated and mouth filling, pleasant to taste with a fine structure and corpse.
Merlot is one of the noblest grape varieties and has been grown in south Tyrol for more than hundred years. Grapes for this utterly fruity, lightly vegetal and highly zesty wine derive from selected vineyards.

Warm hill-sites of the Adige river valley and around Bolzano at 300m a.s.l. (990 ft).
Vinification:
Traditional red wine fermentation, entirely in stainless steel tanks.

Serving temperature:
16 - 18°C (61 - 64°F).
Ageing potential:
