Production area: Selected site in Bolzano - Gries zone. Kristan vineyard, 250 m a.s.l. warm sandy alluvial soils.
Vinification: Fermentation on the skins at controlled temperature. Acid reduction and maturation during 12-14 months in barrique barrels 225 lt.
Food pairing: Best enjoyed with game, roasts, dark meats and hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14 - 16°C.
Ageing potential: more than 10 years.
