Description

Description: 
Deep garnet red colour. Intense aroma on the nose with a delicate scent of bitter almonds and an aftertaste that tends towards sour cherry. In the mouth it is powerful, warm, long-lasting, spicy, with hints of tobacco and asphalt. Produced in limited quantities, all bottles are numbered. 

Grape variety: 
55% Corvina and Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, 15% Cabernet, Nebbiolo, Croatina, Sangiovese and Molinara - Amarone della Valpolicella DOC. 

Production area: 
Vallata di Negrar, in Veneto, in the province of Verona, with a total of twelve hectares of vines planted with the main autochthonous grape varieties of the area, such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. 

Vinification: 


Food pairing: 
Pair with fine meat dishes or as a meditation wine. 

Serving temperature: 
16 - 18°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 20 years.

750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt.

For years, the name of Giuseppe Quintarelli has been an undisputed guiding light on the Valpolicella stage, representing as only he is capable of the deepest and most true quintessence of a territory that is now rightly recognized as one of the most prestigious of Italian viticulture, able to offer simply extraordinary wines, as others do not meet. In the Negrar valley, in Veneto, in the province of Verona, there are twelve hectares of vines in total, where the most important indigenous varieties of the place meet, such as corvina, corvinone, rondinella and molinara, which each season give rise to an average of about 50 thousand bottles a year.
