1° Primolio Olive oil extra vergine 500 ml Quattrociocchi

Description: 
The oil known as "Novello" is the first extra virgin oil of the year, the first to be extracted from the olives harvested during the current campaign, which runs from October to December. It is an oil whose characteristic flavour is widely appreciated, so much so that in various parts of Italy festivals are organised in its honour between October and November. 

The Novello Primolio Quattrociocchi extra virgin olive oil is produced between the end of September and the beginning of October using olive cultivars that ripen early. Its aroma is rich in vegetable fragrances with the right balance between bitter and spicy. 
Olio Novello Quattrociocchi is filtered but not decanted.
