Organic Tagliatelle from Val Casies (14 x 330g) Hintnerhof Casies

Here they live and work in harmony with nature and have been BIOLAND certified since 2017. 
In 2020, the organic farm was converted from dairy cows to suckler cows and 600 hens moved to the Hintnerhof. The hens live in two mobile barns in the middle of the farm's meadows, receiving fresh grass, fresh air and sunshine every day. This is immediately recognisable by the taste of the organic meadow eggs, which are also used for noodles and can be bought in specialised shops. 

They also keep dual-purpose chickens that belong to the initiative out of conviction. 
Dual-purpose or dual-use means that after the active period as a laying hen, the hen's meat is also used, and male chicks are also bred. 

Unfortunately, this is not taken for granted nowadays.... 

If ethical and sustainable use of the earth's resources is also important to you, eggs from dual-purpose chickens are a no-brainer! 

The hens are fed exclusively with certified organic and GMO-free feed. 
Thanks to the excellent feed, fresh grass and great freedom of movement in the meadows and fields, organic meadow eggs are simply tastier and contain above all many vitamins (A, D, E), omega-3 fatty acids and carotenoids. 
This is the special feature of these organic meadow eggs!
