The vegetables used for this vegetable in oil come from Italian gardens: grilled mushrooms, dried tomatoes, asparagus, stuffed peppers, aubergine rolls, sliced aubergines, rustic artichokes. These pickled vegetables are exclusively preserved in Quattrociocchi Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
