Description: Sustainable wines need time to show their potential. After 8 months of bottle ageing, things get really exciting. Due to the cold maceration, we have somewhat denser colour tones, which are evenly carried through to the corona. The nose is very complex with floral and Mediterranean aromas. Lasting wines keep in the mouth what they promise in the nose. Very linear transition. The mineral notes really make the palate vibrate. Great harmony and long finish make this wine a little firework.

In order to be able to produce quality wines, the company thinks first of all about the management of the vineyards, because they are convinced that a great wine comes from great grapes and then, in the cellar, the wine that comes from all the sacrifices made in the vineyard.
