Description: Brilliant, straw yellow color with a light green reflex. Elegant, balanced structure with a smoky note paired with the scents of exotic fruits reminiscent of pineapple, banana and white melon. Firm and mineral on the palate, with a mineral finish.
Grape variety: 100% Sylvaner Alte Reben (Vines over 40 years old) - Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC.
Production area: Novacella in Valle Isarco at 620 - 670m a.s.l. Quite warm microclimate with big variations between day and night temperatures. Sandy and loamy soil.
Vinification: Fermentation and ageing for eight months in oak barrels at 12 and 20 hl.
Matching: Main courses, lobster, turbot, sea bass.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: more than 8 years.
Bottle to: 1500 ml - 150 cl - 1,5 lt. magnum bottle.
