Description

Description: 
The color is ruby red garnet. The aroma is intense, with a pleasant herbaceous species in the types of typical youth. The flavor is full, dry, medium-bodied intense. Round and with good balance. 

Grape variety: 
Cabernet Franc - Veneto IGT. 

Production area: 
Veneto region. grown in different soils and prefers heavy soils or stony. The arrangement is mainly plain (70%) and to a lesser extent the first hill (30%). 

Vinification: 
the grapes are harvested when fully ripe. Undergo traditional vinification with maceration more or less prolonged (several days) at a controlled temperature. The average maturity period varies between 6-12 months. 

Food pairing: 
fits very well with meat dishes and game meats and cheeses. 

Serving temperature: 
16 - 18°C. 

Ageing potential: 
2 - 3 years.

Parolvini Winery 
The company Parolvini, has origin back in 1917 when the current owner's grandfather used part of his house for the sale of his vineyards' products. The wine trade was later continued by his son, Callisto, which store became a wine benchmark for neighbouring towns. Around the 70s, Callisto gave to his sons Dario and Bruno the company's care, developing and expanding the business. Collaborating with the producers of the most world renowned in the Veneto, initially the two brothers devoted themselves to supplying local restaurants within a few miles and then expanded gradually areas of northern Italy till cover most of Europe.
