Description:
The only peated gin in the world. This gin was created by the richness of the territory in Calabria around Sila, where we brought the peat to light. In fact, some historical books spoke of real wealth. The juniper is smoked with the peat, and this is how the Italian gin torbato is created, which, thanks to the traditional distillation method, achieves a real taste explosion of the territory.Gin inspired by Dr.'s discoveries Gil, a doctor on board the ship that capsized in Calabria at the end of the 19th century with Jefferson and Roger on board. The doctor was also an experienced alchemist who managed to synthesize the poison from Rocca Imperiale's deadly vipers. And not only that. Gil is made by distilling 4 main botanicals: juniper from Rocca Imperiale, absinthe, elder and angelica. This is then flavored with a dash of lemons from Rocca Imperiale IGP, bergamot from Pellaro, bitter oranges from Bisignano, oregano from Paola and aloe. The latter are prepared for 3-4 months in alcohol. Finally, everything is roughly filtered through a simple linen cloth. This will keep the original color.
