A gin steeped in history called Psenner Ag Distilled Dry Gin. It comes, as the name reveals, from the traditional Psenner distillery in South Tyrol. In addition to the obligatory juniper, a total of ten other botanicals are involved in Psenner Ag Distilled Dry Gin. The interesting thing about this one, though, are the silver leaf particles floating in the clear London Dry Gin. This element is also reflected in the name, as Ag is the chemical name for silver. The history of the Austrian and Italian part of Tyrol, especially the communities of Schwaz and Sterzing, is immortalised with this gin. Silver mining in the beautiful mountains helped the Tyrol achieve great prosperity.
The aroma and taste are not affected by the silver leaves. It gives the clear gin a noble appearance. You will not be disappointed. The Psenner Ag Distilled Dry Gin is a classic London Dry at its best. The typical juniper notes come through in a dominant, yet elegant way, surrounded by a grandiose interplay of aromas. Citrus fruits are particularly prominent here. Orange and lemon peels put a stamp on Psenner Ag Gin with their tart, fruity and bitter notes. The finish is consequently also of juniper spice and spicy fruit.
You can enjoy this special South Tyrolean gin pure, but also classically in a gin&tonic, preferably with Mediterranean tonics.
