75g pork, 75g wild boar meat, salt, natural flavors, spices (mustard), sugar: dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, acidifier: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrate preservative: sodium nitrite.

When Sebastian Trockner took over the Trockner butcher's shop in the small town of Kollmann from his father in 1930, all work was still done by hand - so real handcraft. His meat and sausage products were widely known. Above all, Sebastian Trockner's bacon was extremely popular. And that hasn't changed to this day, as the brothers Hannes and Thomas - Sebastian's grandchildren - are the fourth generation to produce the traditional dry bacon.
