Il Pandoro di Verona is the traditional, Veronese star-shaped holiday cake first made in the town of Romeo & Juliet. "Pandoro" means "golden bread". This Traditional dessert stirs up the Christmas spirit with its unique fragrance and inimitable lightness. Made to the original recipes, Pandoro is rich with butter and contains no preservatives. 

Ingredients: 
Wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter (milk), natural yeast (wheat), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, flavourings. Sugar sachet (5,9%) (sugar, wheat starch, flavourings). May contain soy, nuts.

Bauli traces its history back to Verona in 1922. A small, romantic city in the North of Italy and the hometown of Ruggero Bauli. He started pursuing his lifelong passion for baking in a small pastry shop where he learned the techniques and secrets of traditional Italian baking, one of which in particular, is the recipe for one of the most widely known cakes today, the Pandoro di Verona.

In the year 1970, inspired by Ruggero’s passion for years, his sons Alberto, Carlo and Adriano began helping out in the family business. They brought in new and innovative thinking to their family values of passion, product quality and service and turned Bauli into a dynamic and modern company.
