Prime Uve Bianche is distilled exclusively from the berries of the best sun-ripened white wine grapes, which characterise its originality. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a careful and controlled fermentation and are then vacuum distilled at low temperature in copper stills to capture all the aromatic nuances.

The history of the company began in the late 19th century in Cismon del Grappa, where members of the Maschio family cultivated the land and worked as itinerant distillers thanks to an alembic wagon with which, during the 19th century, they would travel around Eastern Europe before returning to their homeland. It will be Bonaventura, grandson of the head of the family Antonio, who will give an entrepreneurial imprint to the company. The "Grappa 903" is dedicated to his year of birth. It is the result of his research and the method that sought a perfect balance of different marcs, distilled in special stills.
