Description: 
A fine grappa obtained by distilling Schiava, Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer pomace from Alto Adige in copper bain-marie stills. After one year of maturation, the grappa is aged in French oak barriques. 

On the nose it has a bouquet of flowers and citrus fruits with a hint of spices and liquorice. The taste is pleasantly harmonious and soft.
