Description:
Amber colour. Complex, delicate, enveloping bouquet with great personality. Among the many sensations perceived are clary sage, small berries, grapefruit, vanilla. Rich, enveloping flavour, it has a silky texture that lingers long in the mouth.
Mr Galliano, a rough but kind old man, many years ago had a beautiful vineyard cultivated with Muscat, right near the Berta farmstead.
Those were the years when Italian was spoken little and things were named after their owners: that hill as sweet as the vines that grew there was known to all as Bric del Gaian, Bricco di Galliano. This eight-year-old muscat grappa, as soft as the hill that is admired every day from the windows of the Distillerie, is dedicated to him.
