Production area:
Valle Isarco 750 m. a.s.l., lean, skeleton-rich, shallow alluvial soils containing quartz phyllite.
Vinification:
Drying of ripe grapes in fretworked crates for 5 months, delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then fining in barriques for 5 months.
Ageing potential:
more than 10 years.
Food pairing:
dessert wine, it goes well with tasty cheeses.
Serving temperature:
8 - 10°C.

approx. 200 g/lt.
