The advances made by Christian and his wife Elisabeth over the past twenty years have firmly placed him in the top picks of the Chambolle-Musigny domains. The respect for the environment has enabled the wines to gain precision, depth and elegance.

Vinification:
Depending on the vintage, the grapes are partially or completely separated from the stems. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barriques for 18 months. 35% of this is new wood. The wines are only lightly filtered during bottling.

Excellent for poultry, roasts and roast beef.
Serving temperature:
15 - 18 °C.
Ageing potential:
10 - 12 years.
