Description: 
Clear, golden-yellow color in the glass. Intense bouquet, slightly aromatic, fruity with reminiscents of Orange and candied fruit, exotic spicy aroma, with notes of Vanilla and woody scents. Full-bodied, rich, salty and fresh on the palate, long-lasting aftertaste. 

Grape variety: 
Viognier and Petit Manseng, as well as Roussanne, Marsanne or Chenin Blanc - South Tyrol IGT Vigneti delle DOlomiti white 
This wine is made from certified organic grapes from vineyards that are farmed according to biodynamic methods of viticulture (Demeter certification). 

Production area: 
Vineyards owned by the Casòn Hirschprunn estate, located on the scree (alluvial deposit) of Magrè and on the steep slopes above the village, facing south-east, at an altitude between 230 and 360 metres a.s.l. (750 - 1180 feet). Sandy, rocky soils with dolomitic limestone. Warm microclimate with large temperature variations between day and night. 

Vinification: 
Spontaneous fermentation and vinification in large and small casks. On the lees for several months before blending the single components. Aging in the bottle for about one year. 

Food pairing: 
It is recommended with fish and seafood, white meat and poultry. 

Serving temperature: 
10 - 12°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 8 years.

750 ml - 75 cl - 0.75 lt.
