Description:
The ruby red Aetos Sangiovese is a fine and elegant wine that is an expression of our territory in the heart of Tuscany. Its bouquet has floral notes as well as hints of cherries and small red fruits, while the barrel aging gives the wine sweet and spicy notes that are well integrated into the aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasant at the beginning, round on the palate and with silky tannins. The finish is fruity and spicy.

Vinification:
The grapes are harvested by hand and ripen in French concrete vats under the exclusive influence of native yeasts. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in concrete, steel and oak barrels of 10, 15 and 20 hl for at least 12 months.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with complex dishes, game, roasts and tasty first courses of the Tuscan tradition.
Serving temperature:
14 - 16°C.

over 5 years.
